Rebecca Sarker is a British actress who plays w:c:emmerdale:Manpreet Jutla in 2018. She was well known for playing corner shop assistant w:c:emmerdale:Nita Desai in Coronation Street from 1999 to 2000.

Pre Emmerdale Career[]
Born in 1975 in Halifax.
From late 1998 to early 2000, Rebecca's first known TV role was when she played Nita Desai in Coronation Street. Her first scenes aired in January 1999 so were filmed at the tail end of 1998. Pictured right, is a photo of Rebecca in that role.
Emmerdale 2018[]
Rebecca joined the cast of Emmerdale in mid 2018 as Manpreet Jutla, a new love interest for w:c:emmerdale:Rishi Sharma.
